Latin American Capital, a real estate and development team based in the U.S. working in latin america, was looking for a brand that would help them stand out from the sea of stuffy realtors doing work in the region today.
As the brands focal piece we honored a well known Incan symbol and adapted it to today.
Part of our process is to see that our brand systems work beyond the basic need. We explored past the tasks at hand and built a design system that would go far beyond what it was needed to do today.
The act of handing out a business card is still a formal part of the business process in the region. We made sure their cards really said “these guys are different”.
